PLEASE FOLLOW OUR APPLICATION PROCEDURE CORRECTLY.
The Jury Application Form (1.) must be filled out and delivered or mailed along with the Membership Application Form (2.), to the address indicated on the Jury Application Form, on pages 1 and 5.
Once you have completed the jury process (the complete procedure is explained in the Jury Application Form) and have been accepted into Artisans, then the Christmas Show Form (3.) must filled out and handed to the Selection Committee Chairperson, before the end of the meeting.
Deadline dates (on the show form) do not apply to newly juried members.
